Office Culture
omanoil offers a very friendly and open
environment allowing the staff to express
themselves freely. On a yearly basis all the
staff gets together for the yearly staff party.
Besides, there is the Day Out where all the
families are invited for a one day event full of
excitement for adult and children and full of
activities that brings joy and happiness not
only to staff but the families too.
The company structure ensures smooth
communication with maximum of 3 layers in the
hierarchy. The environment encourages
transparency in all communication lines and
directions.
Team Work
omanoil believes in team work and the outcome of
staff when they work together. To develop the
team spirits, each department arranges for a
“team building exercise” on a yearly basis,
where they enjoy sometime away from the office
and work together on various activities that
strengthen their relations.
Performance Driven – Yearly Objectives
omanoil lives the performance driven culture on a
daily basis. Staff are given their annual
objectives at the beginning of the year and held
accountable against them. This involves
providing the maximum flexibility to the staff
to enable them to achieve the set targets.
