Ejaba Card
Ejaba Card is issued by omanoil SAOG. (“omanoil”) for person(s) or vehicle(s) nominated by you, Ejaba Card account holder. You are responsible for the use of Ejaba Card(s) by any person authorized by you and for ensuring the authorized user(s) understands these terms and conditions. Where applicable, references to “you” will be taken as including “your authorized user(s)”.

The Ejaba Card remains the property of omanoil at all times. omanoil may, by giving notice, at any time require the immediate return of the Ejaba Card.
 

USE
The Ejaba Card may be used to purchase specified omanoil products (including services) at participating retailers. The Ejaba Card cannot be used to obtain cash for refund of a product or otherwise.

By signing the sales receipt provided by the retailer, you or your authorized user(s) on your behalf will have authorized the product purchase and the charging of any costs by omanoil to your Ejaba Card Account. It is your and your authorized user(s) responsibility to ensure at the time of the relevant transaction and prior to signing any sales receipt that such sales receipt correctly records the transaction details. It is agreed that the signed sales receipt constitutes conclusive evidence of, and all details relating to, the relevant transaction.
 

CHARGES
omanoil will charge the costs of the purchase of products with the Ejaba Card, and all of omanoil’s charges relating to the Ejaba Card (s) or any new Ejaba Card, to your Ejaba Card Account.
 

PAYMENT
Payment to omanoil for all Ejaba Card purchases and any fees that may apply will be made by the Ejaba Card Account holder in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in Section 3 of such Credit Sale Agreement between omanoil and the Ejaba Card Account holder current as at the date of this agreement. The terms and conditions contained in Section 3 of such Credit Sale Agreement are hereby incorporated in these terms and conditions for the duration of this agreement is current, or is or has been terminated, by either omanoil or the Ejaba Card Account holder.
 

REPORTS
You will be entitled to receive monthly brief consumption report along with your monthly invoice. Other detailed reports will be available by request and they will be charged to your Ejaba Card Account with us.
 

LIABILITY
omanoil is not liable for any an unauthorized mis-use of the Ejaba Card(s) whether by an authorized user or anyone else, and the Ejaba Card account holder indemnifies omanoil and holds it harmless, as appropriate, in respect of all losses, costs, claims or damages resulting form any of the above.
 

CANCELLATIONS AND TERMINATION
You may cancel any Ejaba Card that you no longer require by cutting it into half and returning it to omanoil. Your Ejaba Card Account will be charged with product purchases made on the canceled card up to the time omanoil receives the canceled card.

Closure of any Ejaba Card Account shall not affect the obligation of the Ejaba Card Account holder to pay the full amount(s) outstanding, as advised by omanoil, to omanoil.
 

LOSS OF EJABA CARDS
If any Ejaba Card is lost, stolen or misused, you must notify omanoil immediately and confirm the notification in writing within two (2) Business Days’ of such immediate notification.
 

ASSIGNMENT
omanoil may assign this agreement to any third party. You may not assign this agreement.
