Today omanoil has its head office in Muscat and is one of three oil companies in the country. In Oman we are a national fuel marketer, with 80 filling stations concentrated not only in major cities but spread into the interiors as well. The retail network has been growing over the last 3 years despite the network expansion by competitors. The ongoing focus has been on training filing station staff with emphasis on improving customer service, safe practices and emergency response. Our share of the retail market is some 24%, with over 700 million litres of retail & commercial fuel being sold to retail customers and direct fuel sales to government and commercial sector.

omanoil also caters to both the commercial and consumer lubricants markets where it can hold or gain market leadership with advantaged supply and logistics. omanoil sells more than 5 million litres of retail & commercial lubricants annually. Both BP and Castrol lubricants are marketed and distributed.

Air BP, which is a separate international business, also operates in Oman, supplying aircraft fuel to international and local air carriers at Seeb International Airport in the country.
