Omanoil marks the opening of its 60th
convenience store at new filling station in
Falaj Al Qabail

Marking another retail milestone, Oman Oil
Marketing Company (omanoil), celebrated the
opening of its latest Ahlain convenience store
and filling station at Falaj Al Qabail Twin in
the Wilayat of Sohar. The latest additions bring
the total of its impressive Ahlain C-store
network to 60, ultimately making the Company’s
retail chain of convenience stores the largest
in the Sultanate.
On the occasion, Hussain Al Ishaqi, General
Manager of Retail at omanoil said, “Our retail
and Ahlain expansion is a testament to our
calculated growth. We offer the nation premium
retail services and a new shopping experience
throughout our network, to provide commuters
with all their daily needs by offering a wide
range of premium products and facilitating the
shopping experience while receiving the finest

The new multi-facility service station at Falaj
Al Qabail is the 4th to open this year and will
serve a vast number of motorists on the
strategic Batinah highway and all commuters in
the greater Sohar area to cater further to the
needs and expectations of the local community.
omanoil is expanding its Ahlain brand experience
to cover its entire network that serves an
average of 35,000 customers a day. All stores
are specially tailored to meet the needs of busy
shoppers by providing a broad selection of high
standard services and quality products with
speedy transactions in a clean, friendly and
inviting shopping environment.
As part of its food service management program,
the stores have expanded their service offerings
with a proprietary line of in-house deli items
and baked goods, which are prepared and
delivered fresh daily. omanoil’s Ahlain stores
are also home to a selection of Quick Service
Restaurants (QSR’s), such as Baskin Robbins,
Bread & Co, Dunkin Donuts and Wally’s. The
Company also plans on reintroducing the
internationally renowned fast food chain Burger
King to the Omani market following an 8 years
hiatus.
From convenience stores and meals-to-go to ATMs,
car wash and lubeplus facilities, the Company
prides itself as being a one-stop entity with a
holistic offering. omanoil caters to the various
